The authorized capital is 64,300,000 rubles and is divided into 2,500,000 ordinary registered uncertificated shares with a par value of 20 rubles each, and 715,000 preferred registered uncertificated shares of two types with a par value of 20 rubles each, of which: 
  • 700,000 preferred shares of type A 
  • 15,000 preferred shares of type B
